Oh boy has it been long! It has been almost a year since I have been on the blog and for somewhat goo reasons... I got engaged which meant wedding planning galore  Wedding planned WHILE in dental hygiene school for 6 months Married and moved into our first little home Tried (and still trying) to be the cute little wifey that cooks and cleans Graduated from Dental Hygiene school with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene  Passed my national board and state board And now good ole job searching... With the busy and crazy time commitment to school, I had a leap of faith to plan a wedding during. Many called me crazy but I wouldn't change it for the world. I pushed myself to many breaking points trying to balance school and wedding planning. But it was all worth the pain, tears, and endless nights.  And with finishing Dental Hygiene school, which I am still in disbelief that I did. So its been busy over here, sorry for the absence from blogging its been a roller coaster of life. Nothing bad of course, just a million things to have to be done and do and they all decided to appear in one short month. In a nutshell I have NEVER (and I mean it) never felt busier in my life before. I picked up a job at Jacks Surf Shop cause well I needed more money and I wanted to surround myself in a fun/cool place with kids my age and boy has it been fun. Though also juggling that with my busy school schedule and lots of other life things that have made life a circus. But Lord willing I am getting through this hard month of May. Also enjoying this time before my CORE school starts, which is all my dental clinicals, which means I will no longer have a life other than school for the next year and a couple months. Having faith and continual praise to our God for being present, faithful, and loving.  if you follow me on snapchat well then you see these selfies on the daily....

my first week is finally over!  for those who didnt know I got accepted into West Coast University for a degree in Dental Hygiene so I am in the bachelor of sciences of dental hygiene program! my Thursday night class ends at 11pm and that means that the weekend has started its been a bummer having school when the weather has been perfect but oh well as im typing I thought I can share some do's and dont's to this place so far dont... `leave your house to get on the 5 north at 8am cause the whole world is on there too `expect to get parking on Mondays cause again the whole world is trying to get parking as well `forget your ID card cause you dont want to wear the silly elastic string thing to class cause you will not get inside he building `think that going back to school at 5pm on the freeway is any better  `forget coffee and a snack to your 6pm - 11pm class do... `watch the fireworks at disneyland on your night class break cause it is awesome...

with the stress of school (I feel like I share that too much (but its real, the struggle is real)) I have understood how important it is to take a step back and realize, you have a life Jasmine .  my classes have been just brutal, my social life have been cut to a minimum, and I miss all my recorded shows. though, the other weekend I spent it with my lovely best friends and I got to study and have fun. praise Jesus for my sister in Christ that encourage me to be the best I can be and always bring sunshine into my life. and plus we are all in this thing called college together, so we all agree that "the struggle is real"

im going old school here with pre-req classes storming in, I haven't even had time to watch my tv shows... pretty sure they are deleted by now so here is to 7am-6pm science classes, little sleep, lots of coffee, and the lots of strength from the Lord even with the late study nights and flashcard overload.... PLOT TWIST I am absolutely loving it my classes are filled with fascinating subjects and in depth teachings on the human body definitely keeps me going 

with busy days left and right I have been a horrible blogger to my poor blog so why not post tons of fun photos to make up for the lack of time I have been on my sweet sweet blog  my life in a nutshell: I love my best friends so much I love that fall is here My little Jordan has a homecoming date I went to a BEN RECTOR concert (insert happy dance here) Kara Hadley is 15!!! Saw One Direction movie with my girls and became a "directioner" and just enjoying my blissful life 

with the joy of spring being here and summer right around the corner there is one downside kinda sorta finals exams college still be present then summer classes, yes summer classes 7am to 10:55am Monday through Thursday : |  this weekend the weather is absolutely beautiful, from my bedroom window of course. its sad to think with my classes being crazy the only time i will leave my house is to go study more at a coffee shop. lets take today for an example: i stayed in my comfy clothes all day, took a break (or two) to skype with mitch (happy dance goes here) then actually got ready, went to dinner at wahoos with the family and while they went to a movie i journeyed myself next door to barnes and noble to study. i couldn't bare to sit through two hours of a movie thinking i could have been studying. thats how messed up my mind filters through finals month. but hey its not my fault that my teachers think its a fun idea to have exams then two weeks later have the final....

ONE MONTH  those two words, eight letters chime through my day like lovely bells on a Sunday morning  the salt water wind that hits your face on a lovely day at the beach  the hazelnut creme to the morning coffee ONE MONTH no im not getting married, or going to the Bahamas, or well I am enjoying my hazelnut creme coffee right now but no ONE MONTH till my best friends come home from Europe! yes one month might seem like a long long time but I tend to see it as the glass half way filled. they have been gone for a month and a couple weeks and that went by pretty fast not going to lie (through all the sad moments of course) (and most of you are probably rolling your eyes to the fact that they have been gone only a month and a couple weeks but hey thats like light years for me) now im just so excited to count down the days till they arrive and the best part about ONE MONTH is that SUMMER will be here too!! like talk about jack pot. that moment when two bags of...

so there is this little place i go to called community college Saddleback College to be specific  let me just tell you a little fun fact about this place if i die of LUNG CANCER from second hand smoke i blame this school it seems like the thing to do there, between classes just pull out a cancer stick out and blow away. dont mind me wearing a gas mask next time i step onto campus  college classes has just started for me before classes started i couldnt wait to sit in a classroom with other college kids and be all studious in my work well i take that back now since im taking the 8 week courses its a lot, a lot, a lot of work in a short period of time. i have to admit i love being productive, taking such exciting classes, and being able to start my future.  BUT  the work thats being assigned is so time consuming that i cant remember the last time i checked pintrest. i know scary. thats what i get for having such a long summer i miss the days w...
