baking for others is always the best and Valentines day is the best time to share lots of treats this year I made sugar cookies in the shape of Hersey Kisses and some heart shaped ones these were so fun to make, very messy but that's what made it so fun! they made not have turned out exactly perfectly shaped but its the thought that counts ;) Cookie Recipe 1 cup (2 sticks) of real butter (I used salted) 1 1/2 cups of confectioner's sugar 1 egg 2 teaspoons flavoring extract (I used Almond) 2 1/2 - 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees. today I am eternally thankful for being a daughter of God and knowing the truth of our dear Father in heaven that sent his son to die for us sinners, that is true love. Reading in the story of James, he grew up with Jesus yet doubted that he was the Son of God. Jesus extended grace over James and appeared to him after His Resurrection. In times of doubts, questions, and time of avoidance God is always present and will NOT give up on us.
