If you know me, you know one of my favorite places ever is Mitch's lake house. I did not grow up going to lakes or places like this so when I first started to date Mitchell he brought me to his lake house and I feel madly in love, with the lake house of course ;) Since then it has been one of my top adventure places. I have had the advantage of being Mitch's girlfriend to go to the lake house all the time. I have found a love for wake boarding, knee boarding, learning new water sports, and just hanging on the boat. Their house is loaded with fun, you are never bored. And for someone like me that likes to be busy with fun activities, this is the place for me. It is also so fun hearing Mitchell talk about past memories there and watching him do all the fun lake stuff that he is oh so good at. Mitchell came home for the weekend!!!  As you can see, only being able to see him every two weeks isn't fun so when he does come home, its a party. We had such a fun time doing little adventures. I always have the best time with him, boy did I miss my best friend. One day we rode bikes with his family to the beach to play some beach volleyball and then got ice cream on the way back. At night was the biggest night canse we went to supercross!!! (tradition of course) Which I have fallen in such interest for motocross and I love watching it, thanks to Mitchell and the Hadley boys. Then last but not least Sunday was Superbowl Sunday The absolute best part of the day is the food, friends and commercials. I think there is something else going on like a football game? Teasing.. I actually do love to watch the game. This year I was going for the Seahawks since I heard about some of the players being Christan's and such. Sadly they had a lost, but congrats for the Patriots ...

Right after Christmas break I had finals, ew I know.  After the week of hardship and lack of sleep I finished with good grades and a grateful heart.  After finals I wanted to go on an adventure to celebrate and an adventure is what I went on.  I drove out to Santa Barbara to see Mitchell the day after and it was such a fun drive. It was gorgeous and so entertaining. I had good snacks and joyful music. Once I got to Santa Barbara it was a great embrace of greeting Mitchell, goodness I missed him so much. We biked around his campus (kids that go to UCSB have it sooo good. It is absolutely gorgeous, so jealous) and then went downtown to a fun restaurant that the lights went out and we ate in the dark due to the power going out, but it was quiet fun. The next day we rode out to get breakfast burritos, cause if you haven't realized yet Mitchell and I are breakfast burritos consumers and just hungout. with the stress of school (I feel like I share that too much (but its real, the struggle is real)) I have understood how important it is to take a step back and realize, you have a life Jasmine .  my classes have been just brutal, my social life have been cut to a minimum, and I miss all my recorded shows. though, the other weekend I spent it with my lovely best friends and I got to study and have fun. praise Jesus for my sister in Christ that encourage me to be the best I can be and always bring sunshine into my life. and plus we are all in this thing called college together, so we all agree that "the struggle is real"
