With the help of my mother in law, new sisters, best friends, and family I was able to pull off this AMAZING wedding. All my decor is either DIY or from homegoods which helped saved a lot of money. I made sure all my wedding things were within budget and did not go over. I LOVE to save money haha, so my wedding was even more special because there was a lot of thought with beautiful detail. All the wood signs were cut and stained by the husband and his dad and then me, my sister in law, friend Olivia and sweet grandma in law wrote on all the boards.
I am a very mono chromatic person so I wanted all my colors to be natural and flow well. I picked sky blue for the bridesmaid dresses, lots of greenery, white, and little bit of lavender. My wedding was outdoors so there was lots of twinkling lights and copper lanterns. The food was amazing and such fun food from Stone Fire Grill. And since Mitchell and I do not like dessert we did something that we knew would be a crowd pleaser which was homemade ice cream sandwiches. Which were to die for.
The night ended with lots of dancing and even a pool party. When picking the reception the owner told me usually people jump in the pool and I thought well no way will I do it.... And of course knowing me I ended up going in with my dress! It totally made the night.
