Vegas 2015

 A BREAK
I have a nice little break from school and I couldn't be more thrilled. I went on a spontaneous trip to Vegas with Mitchell and his friends from school. I had been to Vegas many times before for cheer competition and my brothers basketball tournaments but this was my first time going for just a fun adventure! Which if you know me, I am always planning an adventure to go on.
We had such a fun time cruising around the city and just making the best of it. I know Vegas has the reputation of being dirty and gross, which it is. It is for sure very hard seeing the certain things there, some of the things make me want to tear up.... but there is also other things to do there which were so fun and cool! 
It was a great way to start my break!

beanie and sparkles

//tis the season to wear beanies// falalalalala  this morning woke up to the lovely sound of rain hitting my window, and I couldn't help jumping out of bed and playing my play list of Christmas music with the weather getting colder its now time to officially bring out the beanies and the fun outfits of sparkles  yes I said sparkles, not sequence sparkles my friends  today is reserved for some yummy coffee, homework and my Christmas music  happy day!

Valentines Day Kisses {cookie style}

baking for others is always the best and Valentines day is the best time to share lots of treats  this year I made sugar cookies in the shape of Hersey Kisses and some heart shaped ones these were so fun to make, very messy but that's what made it so fun! they made not have turned out exactly perfectly shaped but its the thought that counts ;) Cookie Recipe   1 cup (2 sticks) of real butter (I used salted) 1 1/2 cups of confectioner's sugar 1 egg 2 teaspoons flavoring extract (I used Almond) 2 1/2 - 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cream together butter and sugar.  In a separate bowl, combine the egg and flavoring.  Combine butter and egg mixtures and beat until fully incorporated.  In another separate bowl, sift together dry ingredients and add to butter an egg mixture in three intervals.  Mix until dough is pliable but not sticky.  Roll out dough*
