Spinach Berry Smoothie

a perfect pick me up smoothie is the best way to start off the day
here is my spinach berry smoothie jam packed with sweet berry's and lots of spinach
I also added a touch of blue agave for some extra sweetness

~3 cups of spinach (you can always add in more veggies like carrots)
~ small hand full of frozen strawberries, blue berries and blackberries
~few slices of frozen pineapple
~some splashes of cranberry juice (you can use any liquid from almond milk to apple juice, I just enjoy the strong flavor of cranberry juice)
and that's all!

for some extra nutrients to the smoothie adding in protein powder would always be delightful
