Happy Friday!
so so happy today because it has been starting off such a lovely day
woke up to freezing weather, finally its been too hot here for November time
//bringing out my beanie and a leather jacket with cute white converse//
made a pumpkin spice coffee and truth be told I DID play some Christmas music, come on Michael Bublé sings like an angle
no shame since I have been seeing the Christmas commercials creeping out recently, next thing you know Santa will be at the mall before Thanksgiving 
I made my way over to do a little shopping at a warehouse sale for Hobbie
and now I have the rest of the day to enjoy my weekend
so here is my life through the good ole iphone

so a week ago was Mitchs 20th birthday
I set up a little surpise with his closest friends!
we went to dinner with his family and he thought after we were going to go see Thor with our friend Troy and his "date" when we got there we walked into the theater and our friends all jumped up and said surprise!! it was the coolest! then my house for dessert and games. what a fun night!
the whole gorup isnt in the picture but here are a few friends that made the night such a blast!

beanie and sparkles

//tis the season to wear beanies// falalalalala  this morning woke up to the lovely sound of rain hitting my window, and I couldn't help jumping out of bed and playing my play list of Christmas music with the weather getting colder its now time to officially bring out the beanies and the fun outfits of sparkles  yes I said sparkles, not sequence sparkles my friends  today is reserved for some yummy coffee, homework and my Christmas music  happy day!

Valentines Day Kisses {cookie style}

baking for others is always the best and Valentines day is the best time to share lots of treats  this year I made sugar cookies in the shape of Hersey Kisses and some heart shaped ones these were so fun to make, very messy but that's what made it so fun! they made not have turned out exactly perfectly shaped but its the thought that counts ;) Cookie Recipe   1 cup (2 sticks) of real butter (I used salted) 1 1/2 cups of confectioner's sugar 1 egg 2 teaspoons flavoring extract (I used Almond) 2 1/2 - 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cream together butter and sugar.  In a separate bowl, combine the egg and flavoring.  Combine butter and egg mixtures and beat until fully incorporated.  In another separate bowl, sift together dry ingredients and add to butter an egg mixture in three intervals.  Mix until dough is pliable but not sticky.  Roll out dough*
