ever since I was little there was always a smile on my face
as I got older I understood how important it is to truly understand how blessed we are to have such a wonderful life through Jesus. enjoy this life to its fullest, how could you not? everyday blasts music so you get the groove to dance, praise Jesus every second of the day scream it for all to hear, sing obnoxiously loud to a song you don't know the words to, make yummy food from your craving sensations board on pinterest, go to the beach anytime you can, go out and practice your fake accent, stay home on friday nights to watch reruns of how i met your mother in your pjs, make up scavengers hunts all over the house, take pictures of absolutely everything, and just love, love love love.

love the family you come from. no matter how good looking ;) or corky they may come off as







go out with your friends that you could not image life without and make it an adventure 









and always, always, always love yourself 
something I tell myself that gets me through the day is
rock what ya got and you will look hot 
yes that means you sweat pants and little brothers t-shirt

//tis the season to wear beanies// falalalalala  this morning woke up to the lovely sound of rain hitting my window, and I couldn't help jumping out of bed and playing my play list of Christmas music with the weather getting colder its now time to officially bring out the beanies and the fun outfits of sparkles  yes I said sparkles, not sequence sparkles my friends  today is reserved for some yummy coffee, homework and my Christmas music  happy day!

Valentines Day Kisses {cookie style}

baking for others is always the best and Valentines day is the best time to share lots of treats  this year I made sugar cookies in the shape of Hersey Kisses and some heart shaped ones these were so fun to make, very messy but that's what made it so fun! they made not have turned out exactly perfectly shaped but its the thought that counts ;) Cookie Recipe   1 cup (2 sticks) of real butter (I used salted) 1 1/2 cups of confectioner's sugar 1 egg 2 teaspoons flavoring extract (I used Almond) 2 1/2 - 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cream together butter and sugar.  In a separate bowl, combine the egg and flavoring.  Combine butter and egg mixtures and beat until fully incorporated.  In another separate bowl, sift together dry ingredients and add to butter an egg mixture in three intervals.  Mix until dough is pliable but not sticky.  Roll out dough*
