every year my family usually picks out pumpkins and then takes the time to carve them while snacking on our homemade pumpkin seeds. this year we decided to try a new tradition i went out to hobby lobby to buy chalk board paint. painted a few pumpkins and now i can have different designs on them every day! its super easy and all you need are some pumpkins, chalk board paint, and a creative mind to decided what to doodle  but of course we have to buy a pumpkin to make our delicious pumpkin seeds

some friends and i got together the other night to start our halloween baking   we baked chocolate reese's peanut butter cupcakes with frosting in the shape of pumpkins  just the typically house mom in training 

i have been waiting for so long for this day to come i ran out of my anthro class to target to buy the one and only Taylor Swift RED cd of course i had to go to target to buy it since its the only place to buy the bonus track  i have always admired her music. i think every girl (maybe boys) can agree with me that you could relate all her songs to your own life. from falling in and out of love to realizing you're growing up. her lyrics are always so amazing and so catchy.  when you have those butterflies knowing someone loves you back, or someone telling you its the end, or that jelaous feeling knowing " you belong with me" not her, or telling that person we are never ever getting back together , you always  feel better blasting and singing to her songs dont deny it 

so there is this little place i go to called community college Saddleback College to be specific  let me just tell you a little fun fact about this place if i die of LUNG CANCER from second hand smoke i blame this school it seems like the thing to do there, between classes just pull out a cancer stick out and blow away. dont mind me wearing a gas mask next time i step onto campus  college classes has just started for me before classes started i couldnt wait to sit in a classroom with other college kids and be all studious in my work well i take that back now since im taking the 8 week courses its a lot, a lot, a lot of work in a short period of time. i have to admit i love being productive, taking such exciting classes, and being able to start my future.  BUT  the work thats being assigned is so time consuming that i cant remember the last time i checked pintrest. i know scary. thats what i get for having such a long summer i miss the days when i could sleep i

the other night i had the privilege to take my friends McKenna and Chole homecoming pictures. It was so fun working with these gorgeous girls. we blasted some backstreet boys and danced around. Choles house is absolutely stunning, it has such a romantic feel to it, especially with the sparkling lights around the walkways. these girls sure know how to have fun wearing 80s classic shoulder pad dresses from Salvation Army. McKenna glowing the night away in a all sequence dress companied by silver toms. Chloe in a elegant black swad gown with a low cut back and a big bow with sequence to top if off.  i had yet another little sad moment realizing i was taking the pictures for homecoming, only a year ago i was the one in them.  i really need to stop this little pity party im running for myself  such a cute father daughter shot
