MondayFunday: BACHELOR NIGHT

last monday with my best friend 
how can this be?
mitch and I talked all the time about when he was leaving for Europe but we never really went in depth about it, just little convos like
"you will have so much fun"
"its going to be so great"
"im going to miss you"
but now we only have a couple days left and we are still on the lines of 
"you will have so much fun"

"im going to miss you"
hahah but thats just us
when the day comes, these eyes might shed a tear or two...
tonight was Monday Funday, which included home made pizzas, and bachelor
I can not believe Catherine won!!! MIND BLOW, I thought lindsay had it in the bag but I guess not! I like the two girls a lot, but I sorta adored lindsay a little bit more...
it was such a heart-breaking goodbye for them, but she is so awesome, just took off her heels and went off. one thing I do really love about her is that she is spiritually edified with knowing that she could get through the hard time with consent pray and guidance from God
but I do have to admit Catherine and Sean are pretty cute and the proposal was so darling, she was so shocked! now its the countdown for the tv wedding!
thankfully mitch enjoys watching it with me! and his dad loves to join in! such a joyful Monday

//tis the season to wear beanies// falalalalala  this morning woke up to the lovely sound of rain hitting my window, and I couldn't help jumping out of bed and playing my play list of Christmas music with the weather getting colder its now time to officially bring out the beanies and the fun outfits of sparkles  yes I said sparkles, not sequence sparkles my friends  today is reserved for some yummy coffee, homework and my Christmas music  happy day!

Valentines Day Kisses {cookie style}

baking for others is always the best and Valentines day is the best time to share lots of treats  this year I made sugar cookies in the shape of Hersey Kisses and some heart shaped ones these were so fun to make, very messy but that's what made it so fun! they made not have turned out exactly perfectly shaped but its the thought that counts ;) Cookie Recipe   1 cup (2 sticks) of real butter (I used salted) 1 1/2 cups of confectioner's sugar 1 egg 2 teaspoons flavoring extract (I used Almond) 2 1/2 - 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cream together butter and sugar.  In a separate bowl, combine the egg and flavoring.  Combine butter and egg mixtures and beat until fully incorporated.  In another separate bowl, sift together dry ingredients and add to butter an egg mixture in three intervals.  Mix until dough is pliable but not sticky.  Roll out dough*
