check black friday off my list
For most people, it's like driving past a bad wreck on the highway. They don't really want to look, but can't help themselves. Though i never knew what Black Friday was all about. So this year I took the challenge to the have the "Black Friday" experience. Being filled with caffeine, thanksgiving dinner, and some money. My mother was suppose to go, though she said she rather spend the extra 20 bucks then wait in line... so chandler and I went down to the spectrum to wait for H&M, 5 dollar sweaters oh ya. There were so many people though, we were definitely 150 in line. Once we got into the store it wasn't too bad, just people invading your personal space by grabbing anything in sight. But I cant judge cause I was probably the crazy lady that was running around grabbing anything that looked cute. When I finally couldn't bare to hold on to everything, I set it all down to go through it, started from 10 sweaters, 5 jackets, 4 pare of pants, couple scarfs, and beanies, I settled for what I actually needed and it resulted in only 2 sweaters, 2 scarfs, and cord pants for around 40, i guess not too bad. I also didn't want to buy too much because I knew there would be other stores with great deals.
The rest of the night was like a party. There were so many people, music and lights everywhere. We ran into a couple friends of ours and decided to run around with them, merry go rounds and taking pictures with cars. Who knew black Friday could be such a great night? Except for when our feet and arms hurt so bad from walking and carrying cloths that we called it a night around 3,
have to notice the picture of chris and i. bottom left he is just a little bit taller than me... |
