where did the photos go!?


Have you noticed there has not been as many photos posted since this blog first came out? This blog was intentionally created to post my photos I enjoy capturing with friends, family and events. As time has gone on, I have grown to be more inspired to write simple things I have been up to, bible verses and biblical messages, funny things that happen through the days, and just things I am eternally thankful for . I hope this blog has inspired you to go out and have fun adventures and to come closer to our Heavenly Father. My family and friends that I am not in touch with on a daily basis have enjoyed coming here to see how I am and whats been going on. And I believe that this blog has been something God has blessed me to do. But I am sorry for my lack of photography I have been a busy bee with school and church I haven't brought out my little baby to use. Do not fret there will be more pictures coming soon! Thought I would share!

beanie and sparkles

//tis the season to wear beanies// falalalalala  this morning woke up to the lovely sound of rain hitting my window, and I couldn't help jumping out of bed and playing my play list of Christmas music with the weather getting colder its now time to officially bring out the beanies and the fun outfits of sparkles  yes I said sparkles, not sequence sparkles my friends  today is reserved for some yummy coffee, homework and my Christmas music  happy day!

Valentines Day Kisses {cookie style}

baking for others is always the best and Valentines day is the best time to share lots of treats  this year I made sugar cookies in the shape of Hersey Kisses and some heart shaped ones these were so fun to make, very messy but that's what made it so fun! they made not have turned out exactly perfectly shaped but its the thought that counts ;) Cookie Recipe   1 cup (2 sticks) of real butter (I used salted) 1 1/2 cups of confectioner's sugar 1 egg 2 teaspoons flavoring extract (I used Almond) 2 1/2 - 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cream together butter and sugar.  In a separate bowl, combine the egg and flavoring.  Combine butter and egg mixtures and beat until fully incorporated.  In another separate bowl, sift together dry ingredients and add to butter an egg mixture in three intervals.  Mix until dough is pliable but not sticky.  Roll out dough*
